Deposit: A deposit of $100 must be submitted with all applications. *The deposit is nonrefundable for all students who are accepted, but choose not to attend.

All ages and playing levels welcome!

*Participants will participate in all masterclasses, flute choir, final concert, and any other activities (private lessons available if desired). *Auditors will observe all masterclasses and participate in the flute choir, final concert, and private lessons (optional).

Application Requirements: Please submit the following:

RECORDING INSTRUCTIONS:
1.  Please submit a recording of two contrasting pieces from the standard flute
      repertoire of your choice on a cassette tape or CD, 15 minutes maximum. 
      Please list all pieces/movements performed on the recording. 
2.   Repertoire with accompaniment may be recorded with or without 
      accompaniment. 
3.  The decision of the Three Rivers Flute Master Class Judges is final.  Cd’s/Tapes
      will not be returned.
4. Also include a copy of your performance resume.

5. Mail this completed application, deposit of $100, and your recording materials to the address below.
